Introduction

POSITION DUTIES
The main purpose of this position is to implement State Government Title 20 and the Commission’s Rules of Procedure through assignments of a variety of Agency functions. The person in this position serves as an Investigator of discrimination complaints; case processing specialist in investigations; intake officer in the main and field offices; and community outreach/public information specialist.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Four years of administrative staff work experience. Notes: 1.�Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience. 2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in General Legal and Administrative classifications or General Legal and Administrative specialty codes in the Legal field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.
