The Office of Juvenile Justice is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Repairer 2 to help maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities and grounds. As a Maintenance Repairer 2, you will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties to support buildings, equipment, and campus infrastructure. Completion of a two-year vocational technical program in general building construction, construction technology, or engineering; OR

Job Duties:
- Performs facility maintenance and repairs — completes minor repairs to buildings, equipment, appliances, and campus infrastructure.
- Applies multiple trade skills — performs automotive, electrical, carpentry, and limited appliance repair work with minimal supervision.
- Inspects and maintains equipment — identifies repair needs, replaces parts, and ensures equipment remains operational and safe.
- Supports specialized maintenance activities — assists with welding, blueprint interpretation, field repair techniques, and communications equipment.
- Operates maintenance equipment — utilizes heavy-duty vehicles and specialized equipment required for facility operations.
- Maintains campus grounds — performs lawn care, groundskeeping, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Provides custodial support — assists with cleaning and sanitation duties and performs other assignments as directed.
