• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited educational institution
• Two years of teaching experience
• Bilingual – English & Spanish
• Satisfactory background check

• Utilize and provide direct instruction through innovative, effective, and equitable teaching

• Provide orientation and testing
• Ensure student records are accurate and complete
• Participates in developing, revising, and monitoring the implementation of the curriculum
• Assess levels of student achievement effectively, analyze test results, and prescribe actions for
improvement
• Provide classroom instruction, feedback, and direct student learning using available technology
• Meet individually with students to determine skill level, industry experience, and
education/training needs
• Guide students through assessments and create an individualized career plan
• Coordinate supports that will assist students with attendance and participation in program
activities and make referrals to partnering agencies as appropriate
• Completes reports, collects data, and provides information for program monitoring as requested
