Custodian 2

Job Duties:

• Clean and sanitize restroom and bathroom areas using established practices and procedures.
• Ensure all floors are swept, vacuumed, mopped, and maintained in accordance with the Master Cleaning Schedule and as assigned.
• Refill all restroom dispensers to ensure an adequate supply of paper products as assigned.
• Performs specialized floor maintenance and upkeep utilizing established protocols and industrial-grade machinery.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for the notification of janitorial supply inventory needs. 
• Complete all monthly, quarterly, and annual deep cleaning tasks identified in the Master Cleaning Schedule and as assigned.

Learned physical skill is required for proper, safe lifting and material handling techniques. Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and material (25 ) lbs.
