Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree required;
- Must have currently valid Strength and Conditioning Certification;
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft products, specifically excel;
- Proficient in teaching Olympic movements with basic knowledge of progressive speed, change of direction and conditioning modalities.
- Designing and implementing Strength and Conditioning programs for sports assigned by the Director of Strength and Conditioning;
- Ensuring athletes are training with proper technique with all modalities used in the weight room, on court, or on field;
- Communicating effectively with sport coaches, strength and conditioning staff members, and sports medicine staff;
- Providing modifications in conjunction with the Director of Strength and Conditioning and assigned sports medicine staff for injuries and return to play protocols, providing daily records and data collection to drive athletic performance and progress of student athletes, assisting Director of Strength and Conditioning with daily upkeep of the weight room;
- Occasionally traveling with sports teams;
- Administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Strength and Conditioning.
