- Bachelor's degree in Medical Records Administration or Medical Office Specialist
- Must be a current Certified Medical Professional Coder or Certified Medical Coding Specialist
- Must have two (2) years of work experience as a certified Medical Coding Specialist
- Instruction of students in the area of Medical Office Specialist and Medical Coding
- Perform student evaluations
