Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Responsible for the facility credit card reconciliation preparation and processing.
- This position will maintain a Pcard for facility purchases and complete Level 1 Procurement training.
- Process vendor invoices for payment by checking them against the purchase order and/or packing slip to ensure correct items are received and pricing is accurate.
- Assist the Procurement Specialist 2 and serve as their back-up by ensuring proper authorization is obtained internally prior to orders being placed.

- Four years of full-time work experience in the procurement of standardized, expendable/nonexpendable items.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business or public administration, accounting, or economics.
- A total of four years of education and/or full-time experience (as described in number one), where thirty semester hours of accredited college or university coursework in any field equals one year of full-time experience.
