- High school diploma (or high school equivalency diploma).
- One (1) year of full-time experience in information technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of full-time experience in direct support of hardware and peripherals, including installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting end user and network hardware, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other products.
- Experience with developing and maintaining an inventory of all IT equipment.
- Experience with imaging and deployment of PCs to end users.
