Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Implementation & Continuous Quality Improvement Manager. DCFS offers a competitive compensation plan, excellent benefits, and a pension program. Essential Functions
Serves as Statewide Wraparound Implementation and Continuous Quality Improvement Manager
Oversees fidelity monitoring tools, such as Wraparound Fidelity Index (WFI), Team Observation Measure (TOM), and DCFS practice observations
Designs and manages CQI processes that integrate fidelity, outcomes, and qualitative data
Serves as the contract monitor for Wraparound providers
Provides leadership, guidance, and coordination to strengthen authentic engagement of families, youth, lived experts, and community partners
Prepares summaries, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a master’s degree in social work or a related human services field
Requires three years of child welfare administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications
4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising working knowledge and application of child welfare principles, best practice development, employee coaching, emerging issues, and research
4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization conducting strategic planning and/or employee coaching
3 years of professional experience in policy development and implementation for a public or private social service organization
3 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising knowledge of child welfare related federal and state laws, rules, and regulations
Conditions of Employment

Requires ability to travel on a frequent basis in the performance of duties. Requires appropriate, valid driver’s license
