POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Under administrative direction of the supervisor, serves as the Employee Experience Program Manager for onboarding, offboarding, and other assigned program processes statewide.
  • Develops, maintains, updates, and provides regular and ongoing training for agencies statewide to educate and improve employee experience programs.
  • Performs administration and analysis on surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups and reports findings back to the supervisor with key recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinates with supervisor to improve existing methods and/or innovate new methods of monitoring the heartbeat of the agency employee experience and engagement programs statewide.
  • Serves as the Emerging Leaders Program and Personnel Academy program administrator.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college.
  • Requires prior experience equivalent to three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a private or public organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prefers two (2) years of professional experience in the creation or enhancement of employee experience initiatives, processes, or procedures.
  • Prefers two (2) years of professional experience utilizing SuccessFactors or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) software.
  • Prefers two (2) years of professional experience delivering in-person and virtual presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Prefers two (2) years of professional experience training staff both in-person and virtually.
  • Prefers two (2) years of experience with implementing or creating DEI initiatives and contributing to an inclusive working environment.
  • Prefers working knowledge in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Requires completion of a background check and self-disclosure of criminal history.
  • Overtime is a condition of employment, and you may be requested or required/mandated to work overtime including scheduled, unscheduled, or last-minute overtime. This may require the ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties, with overnight stays as appropriate.
  • Requires ability to attend seminars, conferences, and trainings to stay current on methods, tools, ideologies, or other industry related topics relevant to the job duties.
  • Requires the ability to use agency technology/equipment (i.e., mobile phone, laptop, etc.) properly in accordance with information security awareness policies and confidentiality guidelines.
