Description
Eastern Idaho Public Health is seeking a part time (16 hours) Women Infant Children (WIC) Registered Dietitian to work out of the Idaho Falls office. Travel to other offices may be required to assist.
This position requires the candidate to be a licensed Dietitian in the State of Idaho . Please include your license information on your resume.
We are open to interviewing recently graduated Registered Dietitian students who have a scheduled testing date on or before March 1, 2025. Must provide testing date on cover letter.
CLASS PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to conduct nutritional care and education programs for WIC clients and perform related duties to support program objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian by the American Dietetic Association.
- Eligibility for licensure as a Dietitian in the State of Idaho in accordance with Idaho Code, Section 54-3506.

Public health employees must be willing to participate in public health preparedness activities and training. During emergency situations, employees may be asked to work hours outside their normal schedule to assist with emergency response efforts.
