What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, or Restaurant Equipment Technician is preferred but notrequired
• A strong desireto learn about commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and restaurant equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to workon-callupon advancement to a service technician role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but notrequired
