- 5-10 years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
- Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation systems, walk ins and ice machines
- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
- Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
