Primary Duties
This Deputy Attorney General position advises the Department of Insurance and works with Department staff to enforce applicable laws and rules through court and administrative proceedings.
Minimum Qualifications
Location:Boise, Idaho. As Idaho's capital, Boise is a growing city for several major national and internation corporations. Boise offers a rich variety of both cultural and recreational opportunities. Idaho's world-famous fly-fishing, skiing, kayaking, and hiking are all within easy access. Housing costs are moderate.

- Admission to the Idaho State Bar and a member in good standing.
- Minimum two years of relevant legal and technical work experience or coursework.
- Excellent research, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data in a professional and ethical manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with public speaking and presentations.
