Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Identify electrical and mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain compliance with EPA regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC, refrigeration
- Experience working in commercial environments
- Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
- EPA certification or ability to obtain
- Experience working independently in a service technician role
- Ability to provide professional, customer-focused service while working directly with clients on-site
- Experience with commercial cooking equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, and other cooking systems)
