State of Grace is seeking an enthusiastic Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team!
A State of Grace Pastry Cook is responsible for executing the Executive Pastry Chef’s pastry, dessert, and bread recipes to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency. He/she must demonstrate a basic knowledge of recipe unit conversions and garde manger skills. He/she must take direction well and communicate effectively with team members, while managing their assigned station and maintaining a neat, clean, and organized back-of-house space.
