Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Able to pass a government background check
- Creates designs for electronic security systems including but not limited to Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems and Intrusion Detection Systems.
- Creates system testing plans for electronic security systems
- Creates system operation manuals for electronic security systems
- Reviews designs for accuracy and quality
- Assists the business development team with proposal development
- Creates mark-ups for CAD operators
- Answers questions for field personnel via telephone
- Assists help desk technicians via telephone when needed
- Travels to conduct quality control inspections or system testing when needed
- Maintains a working knowledge of new and existing products from established vendors
- Actively learns from more experienced engineers
Required Skills:

- Technical knowledge in at least one area such as information technology, electronic security, electrical or mechanical design.
