High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of direct job-related experience, which includes two (2) years in a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Child Support Svcs Agent 3 (SST062); or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Child Support Svcs Agent 4 (SST063) or position equivalent.
