Curriculum and Compliance Content Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Curriculum and Compliance Content Coordinator supports the development, maintenance, and accuracy of institutional content related to academic programs, policies, and procedures. This role serves as a bridge between academic affairs, marketing/content teams, and compliance functions, ensuring that curriculum information, accreditation materials, and federally funded program documentation are current, consistent, and aligned with regulatory standards.

MAJOR DUTIES

  • Manages and updates academic program content, policies, and procedure manuals within the institution’s content management system (CMS);
  • Collaborates with faculty, academic leadership, and administrative departments to ensure curriculum information is accurate and up to date;
  • Maintains and organizes documentation related to accreditation, including self-studies, reports, and supporting materials;
  • Assists in preparing written content for accreditation reviews and site visits;
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, particularly for grant-funded programs;
  • Interprets and applies federal grant guidelines to institutional documentation and processes;
  • Reviews, edits, and standardizes policy and procedure manuals for clarity, consistency, and compliance;
  • Monitors updates in accreditation standards and federal regulations, recommending necessary content or policy changes;
  • Supports cross-functional teams by aligning academic content with institutional messaging and regulatory requirements;
  • Tracks revisions and maintains version control for all major documents and publications;
  • Participates in assessment, planning, budgeting, and staff development; and
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree *and* Two (2) years of experience in data analysis, planning and evaluation

Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to the Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience in higher education administration or academic affairs
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and academic program structures
  • Knowledge of federal grant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of accreditation bodies and reporting standards
  • Experience supporting or participating in accreditation processes
  • Experience developing or maintaining policy and procedure manuals
