What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST position at STATE OF FRANKLIN HEALTHCARE GROUP?

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute go-to-market digital programs
- Develop content for all digital channels
- Digital performance reporting and analysis on aggregate data
- Utilize Google AdWords campaigns, search engine optimization, and other resources to increase traffic and improve conversion rates
- Create systems to measure key process indicators (KPI)
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Follow organizational policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other appropriate field of study
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 3 years of progressive, proven experience in digital marketing roles. Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred.
