Essential Functions
Essential functions are fundamental, core functions common to all positions in the class series and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties for any one position in the class. - Schedules appointments for clients and transports to required location (hospital, court, therapy session) provides coaching and assists client; provides support and encouragement to obtain desired outcome.
- Provides office and telephone coverage in absence of case manager and refers problem to appropriate party.
- Visits clients in a variety of environments such as home, school, observing behavior, and reporting to Case Manager.
- Prepares and maintains a variety of records and forms required by case manager to provide the necessary services to the client.
- Monitors behavior of child and parents on parental visits and insures safe interaction.
- May interview and obtain basic information from clients such as dates of birth or social security numbers of family members.

Selection Process
