Preferred Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or operational analysis roles.

- Experience working in environments with constrained SME availability, requiring efficient validation approaches.
- Proven ability to produce both narrative documentation and visual process flows (e.g., Visio or similar tools).
- Experience supporting system implementation, process transformation, or operational readiness initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in government, legal, or public sector environments.
- Familiarity with case management systems, workflow automation tools, or transaction-based systems.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives or system implementations.
- Understanding of process standardization methodologies (e.g., BPMN or similar frameworks).
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Essential Functions
- Review and analyze existing documentation, including process flows, notes, transcripts, and prior deliverables.
- Consolidate disparate materials into standardized, end-to-end workflow documentation with clear sequencing, dependencies, and decision points.
- Translate fragmented or inconsistent inputs into cohesive process narratives and visual workflows (e.g., swimlanes, step-based procedures).
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, and conflicts in existing documentation and resolve them through logical analysis and targeted clarification.
- Develop documentation aligned to operational realities while structured for downstream use (e.g., system validation, training, and process alignment).
- Conduct initial validation with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to SME engagement.
- Facilitate focused validation sessions with SMEs, ensuring efficient use of limited availability and minimizing rework cycles.
- Incorporate feedback from validation sessions and finalize documentation with a high degree of accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain consistency in documentation standards, naming conventions, and workflow structures across all deliverables.

- Ability to independently interpret incomplete or inconsistent information and make sound, defensible assumptions.
- Experience creating process flows, workflows, and procedural documentation that clearly represent end-to-end operations.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail, particularly in identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
- Ability to facilitate structured validation discussions and drive toward closure with minimal iteration.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in producing professional, precise documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple artifacts and inputs simultaneously.
