Summary Statement

A seasonal park positions is available at Delaware Seashore State Park, which includes the following: The Revenue Supervisor:($18.77/hr.) - will be responsible for overseeing all revenue aspects. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, seasonal leadership of all fee booth staff, including training, and scheduling. This position will provide administrative support in the office and will report directly to the Administrative Specialist Work is performed indoors and outdoors, weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled to meet facility needs.

Essential Functions

Must demonstrate accuracy in counting daily proceeds and distributing change. May maintain spreadsheets for budget tracking. Provide excellent customer service and park information to visitors. Must be able to demonstrate responsibility, dependability, and good communication skills. Must be able to work independently. Completes daily revenue reports. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement Series

Applicants for all positions must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas: Revenue Supervisor 1.\tOne year experience in interpreting rules, regulations, policies and procedures. 2.\tOne year experience in office operations and functions such as operating office machines, handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones, directing calls and taking messages; file maintenance; maintaining and updating supplies. 3.\tOne year experience in cash handling, writing receipts. 4.\tOne year experience using Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Publisher. 5. Possession of a valid driver's license (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving.

This posting may be closed on or before the listed closing date upon filling the vacant position(s). This is a Casual/Seasonal position which is a non-pension eligible position without healthcare and/or other benefits.
