POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Location: 60 State Street Wethersfield, CT
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- This position is In-office/On-site
THE ROLE
As a Processing Technician your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Process and deposit incoming checks quickly and accurately.
- Work with the mailroom and DMV teams to fund and track customer escrow accounts.
- Keep track of deposits, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure transactions are correct.
- Check escrow balances and help initiate refunds when needed.
- Maintain accurate records using electronic systems.
- Handle confidential information carefully.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
