The Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS) is actively seeking Trades Subjects Substitute Teachers! Substituting in the trades subjects: Substitute trade applicants must have a minimum of four (4) years of trade experience as evidenced on the application and must submit to required DCF and criminal background checks.
