About the Job
Technical and access control support of HIRSCH and DNA Fusion and Avigilon systems. Acting as a point of contact (POC) for any technical issues relating to HIRSCH and DNA Fusion. Trains FSU members on the use of systems. Communicates directly with Beacon relating to any issues that occur with the HIRSCH system. Responsible for hardware and software support to the members, activates and deactivates users. Management of record keeping, maintains positive communication internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Verifies approvals with Authorized Individuals on file
- Route key access requests via Capitol Complex key shop
- Reboot the system if it goes down without the assistance of OIT
- Works with OIT on technical difficulties
- Responsible for independently completing moderately complex non-routine tasks (creates and designs spreadsheets, inventory documents, training documents and statistical presentations)
- Responds promptly to requests for information or data; prioritizes requests based on importance and urgency.
- Performs specialized administrative support (coordinate efforts with internal/external customers or vendors)
- Work with users with application installs or access issues to applications the CSP uses.
- Maintaining user transfers/new hires/separations within the applications the CSP uses.
NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must meet one of the following options for consideration.
Three years of technical security systems experience.OR
Appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Requires successful completion of a background investigation that includes a polygraph exam, a fingerprint based criminal history search, drug screen and background investigation
- Must be Colorado resident at the time of application
