including direct deposits, taxes, benefits, leave status promotional,
and transfer opportunities, etc.\

Job Duties
\- Provides customer service to employees regarding HR related inquiries
including direct deposits, taxes, benefits, leave status promotional,
and transfer opportunities, etc.\
- Researches, prepares, and reviews accuracy of AZ360 input documents on
retirements, demotions, transfers, leave status, stipends, audit
actions, etc.\
- Conducts the on-board process of New Hires, Rehires, and incoming
Agency, State, and Federal mandated forms, and provides information on
employee benefit options\
- Processes all institution in-coming contractors and volunteers,
all completed background packets to the appropriate location\
- Processes ID request, including review for accuracy, communicates to
compliance within time frames\
- Utilizes a variety of computer programs and software daily including
- Utilizes Federal, State and Agency policies and the AZ360 HR System to
- Upon results of FMLA requests, completes data entry into AZ360, HR
information until completion of an employees FMLA record\
- Maintains employee Electronic Personnel Files on a daily basis
documentation, FMLA, State, Federal and Agency forms, etc.\
- Drives on State business\
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment
