Job Summary
This position serves as the Sales Manager for Grand Canyon State Logo Signs. The role provides consultative support, technical guidance, and administrative expertise to internal teams and external customers. The incumbent is responsible for managing customer accounts, sales operations, and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction while ensuring fair, accurate, and timely administration of all sales processes.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Job Duties
Lead all sales operations initiatives, including the competitive bid process and auction planning/execution/reporting, backfill sales and assigned lease renewals, by managing/maintaining customer and prospect accounts for territories defined in GCSLS, 511 Logo Signs, Rest Area Signs and other highway programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new business, territorial customer inquiries, cancellations, available inventory and contract changes. Drive revenue performance by monitoring and analyzing customer interest, revenue and construction activity related to auctions and customer leases. Manage, coordinate, track, and monitor all sales and marketing activity in Salesforce CRM, including: Leads and prospects, vetting and budget requests, customer communications, lease updates, and current Logo Sign inventory.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve annual revenue goals including maintaining data on logo sign web pages with program information. Work cross-functionally with all internal teams (sales, production and accounting) and other stakeholders to ensure fair, timely and successful program execution. Develop and maintain standard sales workflows and documentation. Serve as Records Retention Liaison for Logo Sales Department, including maintaining and developing inventory of records created and maintained in Sales Department.
Knowledge Of
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field. 5 years of experience in sales, including the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Must possess a valid state driver's license with an acceptable 39 month history. - This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job, and the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
