Anchorage $45.87 Hourly / $3,440.25 biweekly (N00)What You Will Be Doing: This position will serve as the Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) coordinator for the Coordinated Health and Complex Care Unit (CHCC). This unit facilitates and assists with current and future complex care initiatives for youth and adults with complex behavioral/medical needs. The CHCC oversees placement and systems improvements for individual with complex needs. The position will guide the work activities of the Complex Placement Workgroups in admissions, discharge planning, assessments, and treatment planning coordination. In addition, the CHCC will evaluate, analyze, and interpret psychological/psychiatric, behavioral health, medical, chemical dependency assessments, and other relevant reports; make oral presentations of cases in court hearings to judges and magistrates, interprets court orders and makes necessary referrals to collateral agencies; and prepare written reports and oral presentations to workgroups, legislators, and other public forums.
