What You Will Be Doing:We are interested in candidates who demonstrate some or all the following capabilities:
Provide hands-on technical support for Department of Revenue staff, independently triaging and resolving service desk tickets involving endpoints, user access, Group Policy updates, Microsoft 365, and related systems.
Serve as a direct IT liaison to assigned divisions, ensuring timely issue resolution, clear communication, and follow-through from intake through closure.
Coordinate with Office of Information Technology (OIT) Tier 3 teams for escalated infrastructure, network, or enterprise-level issues while maintaining ownership of assigned requests.
Support IT operations tasks including device provisioning, software licensing tracking, contractor access coordination (including ZPA), and IT procurement facilitation.
- Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and operational consistency in a structured, compliance-driven environment supporting secure public systems
