In this role, you will:Serve as the department's PCard-processing expert, providing accurate and timely review of approximately 45,000 annual PCard transactions in excess of $10M. Is the main point of contact for PCard-related questions and supports 150 processors across the department Lead, train and mentor a team of PCard processors consisting of an accounting technician 2 and an accounting clerk to ensure consistent, high-quality work. Analyze and certify financial transactions and prepare/distribute daily reporting to department-wide staff. Troubleshoot complex accounting issues using IRIS and apply State and Federal regulations, the Alaska Administrative Manual, and GAAP.
