We are a small family owned restaurant and are looking for someone who has previous restaurant experience to assist and lead our team!
Responsibilities
-Perform all kitchen related and cooking duties. Answer telephones, ring up customers, wait tables when needed.
-Must be responsible and pay attention to cleanliness and detail
- Assist the store manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve daily tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Maintain store cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position
-Cooking and pizza making skills
-Ability to work quickly when needed
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent training and development skills to coach and mentor team members
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication with customers
