Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the gaming area in a friendly and professional manner- Monitor gaming activity and enforce all applicable rules and regulations
- Check identification to verify legal age requirements
- Operate lottery machines and gaming systems as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area
- Report any suspicious activity or policy violations to management promptly
- Assist with light stocking or cleaning duties when needed
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to remain alert and professional during shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable enforcing rules and policies when necessary
