What are this position's duties?
- The majority of the successful candidate's time will be spent assisting libraries in their strategic planning process (i.e. traveling to conduct &/or facilitate focus groups, analyzing survey data, working with library Board of Trustees and library directors, facilitating meetings, preparing reports and more).
- This position includes responsibilities related to training library staff on how to lead their own ongoing internal strategic planning processes as needed.
- Some time will be spent reviewing and recommending grant applications for federal assistance funding, conducting research related to strategic planning and other topics, and maintaining files.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment may be substituted for the experience requirement.
