POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inventory Management Intern provides essential support to the operations team by assisting with various tasks in the warehouse environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in a creative and collaborative setting, allowing interns to develop practical skills related to operational processes, warehouse organization, and teamwork. The role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining industry insight, enhancing their technical abilities, and contributing to ongoing projects.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, organize, and stage materials required for daily operational and project activities
- Support warehouse inventory management, ensuring accuracy, tracking, and adherence to inventory control processes
- Maintain and continuously improve warehouse organization to promote efficient, safe, and streamlined operations
- Provide operational support to Project Managers, assisting with task coordination and execution
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards
- Document operational tasks and processes, and proactively provide feedback to management to improve workflow efficiency
- Maintain organized project files and support smooth project flow and documentation control
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship program pursuing an bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, and other similar degree
