The restaurant is located on the corner of State Hill and Wellington Blvd in Wyomissing within minutes of mayor thoroughfares. And with a newly renovated cocktail lounge and dining room for the ultimate in cocktail and dining experience.
We are seeking Dishwashers/Bussers to join our staff in anticipation for a busy spring and summer. As our Dishwasher, you’ll be the unsung hero of the kitchen. You’ll ensure every plate, glass, and utensil is spotless and ready for service, helping our chefs and servers deliver an exceptional dining experience. Your work keeps the kitchen organized, safe, and efficient—making you a vital part of our guests’ satisfaction.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all kitchenware, glassware, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Assist with janitorial tasks around the building
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Communicate with the team to keep service flowing smoothly during busy shifts, parties and events
