Job Summary
At State Hill Craft Cocktails and Kitchen, we specialize in elevated food and cocktails made from scratch, with menus that change seasonally. With our four-seasons patio recently completed, we are looking for experienced, full-service bartenders to join our team. We are looking for talented, professional, self-motivated, service minded professionals to help us continue to grow!
This is not an entry level bartending position.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Operate cash registers and (TOAST) POS systems accurately to process transactions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu.
- Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets or special events.
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in mixology, and menu changes.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience bartending in a high-volume environment required
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits and beer preferred
- RAMP Certification within 60 days of employment
- Ability to multi-task and operate with speed and efficiency behind the bar
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Team-player, work well with a diverse staff
- Ability to work nights and weekends

Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - 11am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-10:30pm
Wednesday - 11am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-10:30pm
Thursday - 11am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-10:30pm
Friday - 11am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-12:00am
Saturday - 9:00am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-12:00am
Sunday - 9:00am-4:30pm, 3:30pm-10:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
