State Fire is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist based in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a full-time, onsite role that is ideal for a dependable and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is key to creating a positive experience for customers, visitors, and internal teams.

Your role as a Receptionist will include the following responsibilities:

· Excellent communication and customer service in-person, on the phone and email.

· Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner

· Greet and assist customers, vendors, sales reps, and guests at the front desk

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area

· Provide general administrative support as needed

· Assist with tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries as assigned

· Support team members with additional duties as business needs evolve

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Friendly and approachable with a strong customer-facing presence

· Comfortable operating a multi-line phone system

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks

· Ability to communicate effectively in English.

· Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus

· Bilingual Spanish preferred
