Be the best Create a culture where everyone’s perspective is heard and change is championed Qualifications Competitive candidates must have: 3+ years and strong proficiency with Kotlin in an Android development environment as well as experience with Jetpack Compose Experience in mobile design patterns (MVVM) Debugging, performance, and optimization skills, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle Familiarity with RESTful web services, JSON/XML data structures and JSON API Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git Writing Unit Tests​ Other Skills: Can balance working both independently and collaboratively Build relationships across different teams and roles to achieve our goals (engineers, design, test, and product owners) Our Benefits Because work-life balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Potential starting salary range: $97,000 - $123,000 (Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience.
