Description of Position & Team
This is a teleworker/proximity position. Selected candidate will work from his/her home while supporting a specific geographic territory.
Candidates must reside in or be within a reasonable driving distance to the San Francisco Bay area due to the requirement of being geographically located near key business partners. Final candidate residence location will require hiring manager approval. Incumbents may be required to travel via commercial transportation or driving motor vehicles to State Farm facilities, professional association meetings, seminars, etc. and therefore must maintain a valid license.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities
The Sales Enablement Analyst in partnership with the Vice President Agency (VPA) and other business partners:
· Supports the goals and objectives of the Company, the business unit, and the territory
· Consults on how change initiatives (e.g., new technology and/or tools) will impact current agent office sales processes
· Helps drive change adoption of new tools and technology in collaboration with key field partners
· Ensures field partner readiness to execute change efforts
· Executes tactics for building and deepening relationships with business partners
· Engages in data analysis to identify areas of success and opportunity for better driving results
We Are Looking for Candidates with
· Insurance industry knowledge and/or experience desired
· Experience and knowledge supporting sales people and sales processes
· Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment; free of distractions
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner to a diverse audience
· Ability to understand and influence and consult on strategic direction and processes
· Demonstrated competencies include adaptability, communication, initiative, relationship building, strategic business focus, and critical thinking
