ROLE DESCRIPTION
Renee Forde State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Director of First Impressions.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. This ideal candidate also has an interest to pursue insurance licensing for further advancement within our organization to further contribute to the long term growth of the agency and team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Follows up on documentation needed
• Set up policyholder review appointments
• Follows up on past due payments for customers with friendly reminders

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated and can prioritize tasks to be completed in time blocks while managing incoming phone calls and walk in traffic
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
