Responsibilities
- Conduct training for internal Corporate Law employees on the use of RelativityOne.
- Responsible for database administration for RelativityOne and SharePoint including establishing access and permissions for all users.
- Responsible for providing day to day support for internal and external users to ensure they understand and comply with established workflows as it relates to document reviews and productions in RelativityOne.
- Create written workflows and procedures supporting new and/or established processes.
- Requisite technical knowledge to perform the research and investigation for document issue resolution.
- Build a strong liaison relationship with business area contacts for development of workflows and/or issue resolution related to documents collected in response to pending litigation.
- Serves as a liaison between Litigation and the Information Retention Office for Retention Categories Hold orders requested by counsel for pending litigation.
- Adaptability and ability to work in an evolving environment

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with EDRM framework
- Strong experience in eDiscovery
- Hands-on experience with Relativity and/or other eDiscovery tools
- Relativity Certifications
- Hybrid working environment with 60% of time work in-office, 3-4 days/week

- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
