Administrative Assistants
Our Administrative Assistants provide secretarial and clerical assistance for multiple departments and/or leadership. Assistance for leadership would be in support of:
- May support various levels of leadership
- Manage emails and records, prepare correspondence, create reports, and other duties as assigned
- Organizes and maintains records, files, procedural or reference materials, data, and miscellaneous information
- Arranges and prepares meetings and events, including coordinating agendas, logistics, travel, and other services, for virtual, on-site and off-site meetings
- Assists with invoices and tracking, and requisitions supplies, equipment, and other services
- Mentor/train others and provide backup support

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task across technical platforms
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Applies discretion and appropriate security measures in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Accountability
- Resourcefulness
- Experience with Legal Secretary work preferred
- Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable proficiency, licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s).
- State Farm recently implemented new pre-employment assessments. Candidates that have previously taken an assessment may be asked to participate in additional testing
- This job has a 12-month incumbency.

- Potential starting salary range: $45,337.50 - $55,000.00
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience

Salary : $45,338 - $55,000
