Qualifications 6 plus years of experience with AWS Connect and other services (e.g., Lambda, Lex, S3, Dynamo, Chat) Experience or familiarity with Salesforce/ECRM and Flow Builder Experience in multiple development languages (e.g., Node.js JavaScript, Python, Java, C#) Knowledge of GIT or other code repository tool and CI/CD pipelines Contact center operations working with chat/chatbots and Natural Language Processing (NLP) Proven track record in creative problem solving Broad knowledge/familiarity of State Farm business processes Ability to navigate the organization and collaborate with others Our Benefits Because work-life balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Potential starting salary range: $105,000 - $145,000.
