Role Description

As an Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you help keep the office running smoothly and support customers’ success. You’ll build meaningful customer relationships, serve as a helpful liaison between customer needs and the right agency departments, and represent our office with a friendly, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals
• Handle customer inquiries & find solutions.
• Place outbound calls to customers as needed (follow-ups, reminders, policy updates, and service requests)
• Support customer retention by communicating clearly and following up on next steps
• Maintain accurate, detail-oriented records of customer interactions
• Contribute to a positive, technology backed office culture by being organized, respectful, and dependable

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Friendly, approachable communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable with phone communication, including outbound calling
• Strong follow-through and commitment to accuracy
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but not required if you have the right attitude
• Willingness to learn—on-the-job training and development available

Licensing Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) licensing will be required.
• Life/Health licensing will also be required.
