Job Requirements:
- Property and Casualty License – REQUIRED
- Life and Health License - REQUIRED
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Support policyholders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
- Ability to discuss multiple lines of insurance options with policyholders
- Fully service commercial accounts from the point immediately following the initial sale and throughout ongoing renewal cycles
- Providing "Remarkable" Customer Service to existing clients
- Prospecting for new clients
- Marketing all State Farm product lines
