We’re looking for a personable, motivated, and growth-minded individual to join our team as an Account Representative.
No insurance experience is required. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and wants an opportunity to grow professionally and financially.
We provide hands-on training and personal coaching to help you learn the insurance and financial services industry and develop valuable sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
This position combines customer relationships, sales, and business development and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career rather than simply find their next job.

What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Proactively connect with prospective customers through phone calls, leads, and referrals
- Provide insurance quotes and identify customer needs
- Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage
- Explain products and coverage options clearly and professionally
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers
- Convert opportunities into new business
- Identify additional ways we can help customers with their insurance and financial needs
- Meet individual sales and activity goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes
- Work with the team to provide an excellent customer experience

Qualifications

- Ability to obtain required insurance licenses
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
