In this role, you’ll contribute directly to our agency’s success through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and building a loyal client base, all while representing the trusted State Farm brand!
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market products and services, and close sales.
· Track activity, report progress, and meet production objectives.
· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
· Generate exceptional client experiences that encourage repeat business and referrals.
