Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Account Representative at State Farm Insurance, located on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. The Insurance Account Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with clients. The role also involves sales activities, such as promoting and selling insurance products, as well as training new clients on insurance policies and coverage options.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients
- Proven Sales skills and experience with promoting and selling products
- Experience in Training clients or team members on relevant topics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
