Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Partner with the Agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a total commitment to success every day.
- Work with your office team to build and maintain successful, long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing).
- Proven experience meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and relate well to customers.
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty license upon receiving a job offer.
